Our standard operating procedure is to build from the bottom up; rather than from the top down. In other words, the last person in gets to work with new Committee members until his/her group is complete. No participant will have to work with more than 10 people.

As other Ad Hoc Committees are established throughout South Carolina and in other communities around the country and around the world, our collective purpose for being will be the same - people helping people to earn more money, save more money or a combination of both. No sales or marketing organization has ever achieved a perfect growth projection. That's because none were ever conceived as an Ad Hoc Committee. In addition, we operate within the community -block by block, street by street. Bayne Street is not a sales or marketing organization. It is not a business, association, club or society.
Bayne Street is a exactly what we say it is -ordinary folk that have organized themselves for the specific purpose of helping each other cope with high energy and fuel cost and the overall rising cost of living. We will accomplish our objectives by finding ways, methods and/or means to increase our income, save more money and/or a combination of both. Therefore, no family will be missed or left out. Participation is voluntary - either someone wants to save money or increase his/her income or he/she doesn't.
Current members and income programs are listed above. It is important to note, that everyone enrolls in the same money saving programs and income opportunities. This is how we maintain our unity, grow, save money, increase our income and/or both. On Bayne Street, you are never alone. As we grow, we also strengthen the companies whose products and/or services we use and/or represent. This is truly a win-win concept.
Additional Information For New Participants & Ad Hoc Committees
Everyone that becomes a member of Bayne Street Ad Hoc Committee, will enroll under one of the individuals listed above. Begin with Nikia Purnell because she is the last one in our original group of ten.
Every participant is free to enroll his/her own family, relatives, neighbors, church, club, organization, co-workers, associates, friends or people in general. You, and concerned others, in your apartment building, mobile home park, on your street, subdivision, and/or in your community will determine the size of your Committee. We decided on 10.
You are also free to pursue other opportunities, areas of interest or careers in other areas. Just remember, the income opportunities and money saving programs on our enrollment page; with the exceptions of Cognigen, VMC Satellite and Free Card Matrix is one per household. Please..do not violate company policies.
It doesn't matter where you live, you can start and organize an Ad Hoc (for this purpose) Committee of like-minded individuals that come together for a specific purpose. You determine your purpose for being.
